We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. As a Key manager you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities in assigned territory, ensuring efficiency in achieving sales targets. You will be working closely with the pre-sales team, they handle prefixed meetings and capitalize on in-house generated leads. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales leads, use data-driven insights to develop efficient processes and strategies that align with organizational goals. Consistently follow-up on leads and referrals demonstrating commitment, while delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations effectively influencing purchasing decisions.
Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction/ Real Estate industry
Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
The capacity to identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions to overcome them
