Key Responsibilities

• Engage confidently with international clients through calls, chats, and professional platforms
• Identify business opportunities and generate leads
• Bid on platforms like

  Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH

  , etc.
• Assist in converting inquiries into successful projects
• Use tools like

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  and CRM software
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Strong

  spoken and written English

• High confidence and eagerness to learn
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of IT services (Web/App Development, Design, etc.) – a plus
• Willingness to work in

  rotational shifts, not mendatory

• Prior bidding experience (for experienced applicants)

Educational Qualification:
