· Engage with all incoming leads (calls, emails, web enquiries) promptly and professionally.
· Understand the parent's needs and provide accurate initial information about our residential academy offerings.
· Screen leads to ensure they match our admission criteria and have genuine interest.
· Update and maintain lead information on the CRM system.
· Pass qualified and well-informed leads to the Business Development Manager for next steps.
· 0–2 years of experience in customer service, business development, or admissions support.
· Excellent communication and listening skills.
· Organized, responsive, and able to multitask.
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
· A positive attitude and genuine interest in sports and youth development.
