Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

We are currently looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to take complete ownership of assigned deliverables.
• Capable of meeting organizational expectations and targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage with US Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 Vendors to understand their staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Work primarily on contractual staffing requirements.
• Identify and generate new leads/requirements while maintaining strong relations with existing clients.
• Proactively generate requirements through cold calling, cold e-mailing and other outreach methods.
• Analyze client requirements, match them with suitable candidates, and present profiles based on technical skills, rates, and location preferences.
