Job Description for Business Development Executive: We are looking for an experienced business development executive to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth. 2. Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs. 3. Document and update CRM with daily activities as required. 4. Achieve weekly and monthly goals. 5. Be a self starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement. 6. Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional. 7. Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts. 8. Completing input numbers on a daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility. 9. To research and analyze the customers requirements and present best solutions. 10. Keep abreast with Extra marks latest offerings and best practices. 11. Research key customer wants and needs. Requirements: 1. Proficiency in English. 2. Excellent Knowledge of MS Office. 3. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. 4. Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. 5. Fast learner and passion for sales. 6. Self motivated with a result driven approach. 7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. 8. Bachelor's Degree. 9. proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
