Role Overview

We are looking for Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing digital marketing agency. The role involves visiting businesses, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting client acquisition for our agency services.

You will be the face of Brixads in your region, responsible for bringing in new clients and helping us expand across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 15–20 local businesses daily to promote our digital marketing services.
• Identify potential clients (restaurants, hospitals, education institutes, real estate, retail, fitness, etc.).
• Collect and record accurate client details (owner name, contact number, business type).
• Generate qualified leads and update them in CRM/Google Sheet.
• Coordinate with telecalling team for follow-ups.
• Fix client meetings for the sales/closing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.
• Support in brand promotion activities, events, and campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (Any Stream).
• Good communication & presentation skills (Malayalam & Basic English).
• Two-wheeler & smartphone required.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.
• Previous experience in sales/marketing/business development preferred, but not mandatory.
