Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team at a reputed matrimony site in Kochi. Freshers are welcome to apply! Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
• Reach out to potential customers and partners via phone, email, and social media.
• Understand client needs and offer personalized matrimonial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills with the ability to engage and convince customers effectively.
• Strong closing skills to successfully convert leads into clients.
• Convincing attitude to build trust and rapport.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow in sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream is preferred but not mandatory.
