Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:
 Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead-generation channels including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners. Understand client requirements and present solutions that align with their business needs. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings and market them effectively. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build a network of potential clients.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT/technology industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
