Business Development Executive (BDE) (MALE - NIGHT Shift)

We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency, helping businesses across the USA, UK, Australia, and India grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Paid Media Strategy.
We manage 50+ global Clients and are expanding our international client base through online job portals and direct outreach.

We’re looking for an Experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who’s passionate about sales, digital marketing, and building long-term international relationships.

Role Overview

As a BDE, you’ll be responsible for generating and closing qualified leads from Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage leads on Upwork, PPH, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Create custom proposals for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC services based on client briefs.
• Manage multiple active leads and follow up consistently via messages or calls.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of international prospects (USA, UK, Australia).
• Collaborate with the strategy & delivery team to prepare service plans and quotations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain a professional brand image in all client communications.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in online bidding / BDE / international sales (digital marketing preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven success in converting leads from Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
• Ability to write compelling, personalized proposals and handle objections confidently.
• Proactive, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.

Bonus Points For

• Experience in LinkedIn outreach / cold emailing.
• Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
