Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities across events, weddings, corporates, and entertainment. · Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events. · Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular communication and follow-ups. · Pitch rental services and technical solutions; prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals. · Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using sound, lighting, AV, LED, staging, and technical equipment. · Coordinate with operations and technical teams for seamless service delivery. · Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and ongoing deals. · Meet sales targets and share market insights to improve services. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. · 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in event, media, or rental services. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strong understanding of the event lifecycle and equipment used in live events is a plus. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized. · Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours based on client schedules or events.
