Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to handle inside office sales for insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and closing sales through calls and follow-ups. --- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage customer data from applications and leads Contact existing and potential customers through phone calls Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products Share the best insurance quotes based on customer needs Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and exclusions clearly Follow up with customers for renewals, endorsements, and payments Convert leads into successful policy sales Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing
