Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) for our Kochi office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B EdTech sales , especially in client acquisition through calling, relationship building, and deal closures. This is a performance-driven role that offers growth opportunities and incentives. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to identify and qualify B2B leads (colleges, institutions, corporates). Present and promote Active Edu's training and certification solutions via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Convert prospects into active clients through effective sales communication and negotiation. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Prepare and share proposals, follow up for approvals, and ensure deal closures. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery post-sales. Required Skills and Qualifications Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in inside sales , cold calling , and deal closures , preferably in the EdTech B2B segment . Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam . Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions. Goal-oriented with a high level of self-motivation and ownership. Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and email communication. Preferred Candidate Profile Female professionals with relevant experience in EdTech B2B sales .
