JD for BDE Key Skills: Sales experience of minimum 2 to 5 years Excellent written & communication skills Fluency in English with very good convincing skills Good knowledge of computer applications and CRM Inside Sales or Support experience will be added advantage Must have strong interest in learning new things Must be soft spoken and good team player Should be confident, target oriented, self-motivated and interested to take up additional responsibilities. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the prospective in understanding the product in detail and convert them to lead. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with prospective and utilizing reference materials, as needed. Make outbound calls to prospects for purpose of increased sales. Assist prospective with questions or concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. Generate sales that meet or exceed individual goals. Attend sales meetings to keep informed on new services, changes within the industry, and changes within Company
