Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the BDM in planning and executing marketing and business development strategies.
  • Identify potential clients through research, calls, and networking.
  • Maintain and update leads database and track follow-ups.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Report daily/weekly progress to the BDM.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under guidance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
