Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand market presence in the fruits and vegetables (F\&V) sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships (retailers, wholesalers, modern trade, HoReCa, aggregators), and ensuring smooth execution of supply to achieve revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities: v Identify and onboard new customers including retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants. v Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. v Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets. v Explore new market segments and create growth strategies. Key Skills & Competencies: v Excellent negotiation and communication skills. v Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. v Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. v Flexibility to travel within assigned territory.
