If you love sales and growth, you’ll love working with us! 🧁 Role Description: We’re hiring dynamic, sales-focused BDAs to drive our premium cake subscription sales in Chennai. If you’re passionate about closing deals, speaking to customers, and achieving targets, this role is for you. 💼 Key Responsibilities: Morning login- Before or by 10:00 AM.(10hrs clock-in) Daily target: 1 subscription sale/day. 250,000+ monthly revenue (excl. GST) to be eligible for incentives. Daily minimum: 3 hours talk time (via CRM), 25 connected calls (90 sec+). Use of Zoho CRM only for lead handling. 🎯 Incentives: Incentive starts at 1% (from ₹2.5L revenue excluding GST). Up to 10% incentive for revenue above ₹10L (excl. GST). 📌 Requirements: Graduate degree. Must know Tamil + English (Hindi is a bonus). Minimum 1 year B2C sales experience.
