Position Summary:

The B2C Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting individual customers for sports infrastructure products and services offered by 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through direct interactions, presentations, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential individual customers (schools, clubs, sports enthusiasts, residential associations, etc.) for sports infrastructure solutions.
• Promote company offerings such as sports flooring, turf installation, and other sports infra solutions to target customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to individual clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns for B2C sales.
• Maintain a database of prospects and update sales activities regularly in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure excellent post-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 13 years of experience

  in B2C sales (experience in sports, fitness, or construction industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable with field sales and client visits.
