Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Silk Board, Bangalore Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Freshers) + Incentives up to ₹30,000–₹40,000 Benefits: PF, ESI Languages Required: Kannada, Telugu, English, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team in Silk Board, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be fluent in multiple South Indian languages and English, have strong communication skills, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings to promote company products/services. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Explain products or services in regional languages as per customer preference. Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi (multilingual candidates preferred). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or Excel. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or telecalling is an added advantage.
