Job Title: Key Account Manager - Telesales
Job location: Sec-18, Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: 20k to 30k(In hand) + PF + Insurance + Incentives + Other performance bonus.(Fixed salary depends on the interview based)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager - Telesales to oversee the relationship of the company with its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop trust relationships with clients to ensure they do not turn to competition* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements* Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives* Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust* Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Job Requirements:
* Must have Telesales Experience or business development experience of minimum 1 year* Qualification: Graduation or a 3-year Diploma (minimum)* Must have good communication & speech clarity professionals of all organizational levels Must known Hindi & English, Tamil or Malayalam language(Any) Have handled 4-6 lacs of target in current or previous company Ability in problem-solving and negotiation* Selling experience of varied Product/SKUs - should have complex product experience* Data interpretation/Tool Understanding
