Role Overview: As a part of Choice Equity Broking Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to join our expert team in either of the two exciting positions available - Relationship Manager cum Dealer for Share broking company or Sales Manager. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to grow our client base, executing trades on behalf of clients, monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships in the share broking industry. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients. - Identify opportunities to grow the client base. - Execute trades on behalf of clients in the stock market. - Monitor market trends and provide valuable insights. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance. - Achieve sales targets and expand the market reach.
