Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare partners.
Conduct regular visits to referral doctors to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Identify and onboard new doctors or clinics into the hospitals referral network.
Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), awareness programs, and outreach activities.
Coordinate with internal hospital departments to ensure smooth patient admissions from referrals.
Monitor and report referral trends, patient inflow data, and market intelligence.
Ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns from referral partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Maintain updated records of referral contacts and visits in systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2–8 years of experience in hospital business development, preferably in DRT or similar roles.
