Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), you are required to have 15-20 years of experience in business development within Aerospace, Defence, Energy, or Semi-Conductors industries. Your role will involve demonstrating a strong technical understanding of CNC machining, Tooling, Mechanical/Electromechanical Assemblies applications, and Manufacturing processes. You should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value contracts. Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills should be excellent, enabling you to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you should possess the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with technical and commercial teams. Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100, ISO, and other relevant certifications will be advantageous in this role.,
