Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through strategic marketing initiatives, research, and networking.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, build relationships, and convert leads into successful project outcomes.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and products, driving engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or project management, preferably in the digital marketing/PR/ Advertising industry.
• Proven track record of lead generation, conversion, and project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
