What You Will Do (The Core Role) 1.⁠ ⁠Sales & Lead Conversion (The Revenue Engine) Lead Management: You will own the company WhatsApp Business account. Your speed and tone determine our conversion rate. Consultative Selling: Inbound leads don't just "book" themselves. You must engage the customer, diagnose their garden’s needs (e.g., “Is it pest control or just maintenance?”), and close the booking. The Art of Upsell: Your metric is "Average Order Value." You must skillfully cross-sell essential add-ons (Organic Soil, Pots, Fertilizers) during the booking chat to increase ticket size. 2.⁠ ⁠Operations (The Control Room) Fleet Management: Coordinate with our network of professional gardeners daily. You will assign tasks based on location clusters to minimize travel time. Inventory Logistics: Ensure the field team has the necessary supplies (Manure, Medicines, Tools) before reaching the client location. Crisis Management: If a gardener is late or stuck in traffic, you are the one communicating with the client to manage expectations and save the experience. 3.⁠ ⁠Retention (The Growth Loop) Feedback Loop: Execute "Quality Checks" post-service. If a customer is unhappy, you fix it. If they are happy, you ask for a Google Review. Subscription Sales: We don't just want one-time transactions. Your goal is to convert happy users into AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) subscribers for recurring revenue. Who We Are Looking For Sales DNA: You don't fear the phone. You are comfortable negotiating and convincing people. Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory (you need to manage the ground staff effectively). English must be polished (for client interaction). Process-Oriented: You are disciplined enough to update the CRM/Lead Tracker (Google Sheets) meticulously while working remotely. The "Green Thumb" Advantage: You don’t need to be a botanist, but if you love plants and understand the difference between a Money Plant and a Monstera, you will excel in this role.
