Business Development client Servicing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and complaints, and resolve them promptly and effectively.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Account Management: Monitor client accounts, understand their needs, and ensure they are satisfied with the service.
• Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams (e.g., creative, strategy, operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions to clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on client activity, performance metrics, and feedback to management.

Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by generating revenue from existing clients through upselling and renewals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
