As part of your job role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Work with and expand the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads. - Generate quality business by developing a sales plan and meeting clients to build relationships with key prospects. - Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional and creative manner. - Acquire and build relationships with new clients across Pune, Maharashtra, and India. - Prospect for potential new clients from different sectors and turn this into increased business. - Identify potential clients across all industries and meet their key decision-makers within the organization. - Plan approaches and pitches. - Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field. - MBA in Marketing Fresher or Diploma in Event Management. Skills that are essential for this role: - Good communication and presentation skills. - Researching and prospecting skills. - Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated, comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
