Business Development

Are you a smooth talker with a solid contact list and a love for creative chaos?

We’re looking for a go-getter who understands how a creative/digital agency runs and knows how to bring the right clients to the table.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify potential brands that need our magic (even if they don’t know it yet!)
• Set up meetings, pitch like a pro, and convert leads into happy clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and delivery
• Keep an eye out for new market trends and business opportunities

What You Should Have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (preferably in advertising/creative/digital agencies)
• A working knowledge of how agencies operate and what we offer (design, social media, branding, video, etc.)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Pocket clients are a bonus (we know you have a few!)
• Hunger for growth — yours and ours
