Business Development Associate(BDA)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential business opportunities through research, calls, networking, and referrals.
• Client Outreach: Contact prospective clients/customers through calls, emails, or meetings to present products or services.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales/revenue targets.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to implement strategies for business growth.
• Reporting: Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and submit daily/weekly reports to managers.
• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to convert them into customers.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and share client feedback to improve services or products.
