Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate with experience in the education sector to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students/parents, explaining our programs, and converting leads into admissions through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.

* Explain course details, admission process, and institution highlights clearly and convincingly.

* Follow up with interested leads regularly to ensure maximum conversion.

* Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams for walk-ins and closures.

* Handle queries and objections professionally to build trust and credibility.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales, preferably in the education industry.

* Good communication skills in English and [regional languages if applicable].

* Confident, energetic, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

* Ability to handle pressure and work towards achieving targets.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
