About the role: As a Counsellor (Business Development Associate), you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students on all aspects of accommodation abroad, with a particular focus on securing appropriate and comfortable housing. Role & Responsibilities: Assist students in understanding different types of housing arrangements, such as university dormitories and private rentals. Research and identify suitable accommodation options based on students' preferences, budget, and location. Collaborate with accommodation providers, real estate agents, and university housing offices to secure housing for students. Assist students with accommodation applications, lease agreements, and related paperwork. Coordinate with the Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. Prepare students for living abroad by providing information on housing regulations, safety tips, and cultural considerations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns students may encounter with their accommodation. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in any field or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in student counselling, study abroad advising, or a similar role with a focus on accommodation. Strong knowledge of accommodation options for international students and related processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and accommodation providers. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
