Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential US customers to promote products/services.
Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Collaborate with team leads and managers to improve sales performance.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in US Sales / International Voice Process.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Comfortable working in
Night Shifts (US Hours).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
