Business Development Associate - Team Lead

You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals as a Business Development Manager. Your main focus will be on driving sales, providing support to the team, and ensuring smooth operations. Your role will involve setting clear targets for the sales team, conducting regular follow-ups, and supporting team members in client meetings, calls, and closing deals. Monitoring daily performance, providing timely feedback and training, handling client queries and escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will need to ensure that the team follows compliance and company guidelines. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and hold a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field. A good understanding of financial products and services, strong communication, leadership, and people management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet targets are essential.
