Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Healthcare ENT) at Royal Pearl Hospital in Chennai, your role is crucial in expanding the hospital's outreach, increasing patient footfall, and building strong professional networks with clinicians, general practitioners, and specialists. Your responsibilities will involve organizing ENT awareness camps, establishing corporate tie-ups, referral development, and promoting the hospital's ENT services in Chennai and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute ENT screening camps in schools, colleges, corporates, and rural/urban communities. - Liaise with local bodies, NGOs, corporate HRs, and organizers for smooth camp execution. - Ensure effective branding and follow-up of camp attendees to convert potential patients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with general physicians, pediatricians, internal medicine specialists, and other referring doctors in and around Chennai. - Conduct regular CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and doctor meets to create awareness about ENT services and surgical expertise. - Visit clinics and medical practitioners regularly to update them on hospital capabilities and success stories. - Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials specific to ENT specialties. - Collaborate on digital outreach campaigns targeting ENT-related ailments and seasonal trends. - Establish and nurture professional relationships with hospital administrators, medical associations, audiology centers, diagnostic labs, and other stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, or satellite centers to expand the hospital's ENT footprint. - Maintain a database of referrals, camp attendees, and contacts. - Prepare monthly reports on activities, leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue growth. - Analyze trends to fine-tune outreach strategy and camp planning. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Healthcare / Marketing preferred) - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in healthcare marketing or business development (experience in ENT / specialty hospitals preferred) - Skills: - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Strategic thinking with field marketing experience - Knowledge of the Chennai healthcare market and referral patterns - Ability to work independently and meet targets - Basic understanding of ENT procedures and common patient concerns Working Hours: - General shift with field visits - May include weekend camp coordination and after-hours networking events Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Performance bonus In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the hospital's presence and delivering quality healthcare services to the community.,
