. Take up the Inbound calls and make a appointment booking for the practo.con doctors
. To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed the targets set for the individual and city
. To provide world-class service to his/her customers by advising patients about the service
. To read, understand, absorb, retain and practice the Practo Way of Care Co Ordination
. To ensure that he/she implements and practice the PWOCC 100%
. Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem and
resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their Journey
