Core Roles & Responsibilities:

• Market Entry:

  Conduct field-oriented activities to identify and generate new business contracts within industrial units, hospitals, corporate offices, and hotels.

• Sales Pitch:

  Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals for facility management and manpower services.

• Strategy Support:

  Actively assist senior management in developing and executing market penetration strategies.

• Database Management:

  Maintain and manage the client database and generate sales reports.

Candidate Profile (Mandatory Requirements):

• Education:

  MBA in Sales & Marketing is mandatory (Fresher/Beginner level).

• Preference:

  Candidates with up to

  1 year of experience as a Medical Representative (MR)

  will be given preference due to relevant exposure to the hospital sector.

• Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Attitude:

  Eagerness to start a career and high commitment to challenging environments.

• Mobility:

  Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur and surrounding areas.
