Business Development Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (Backend – Sales) with experience in sales and purchase to help scale our business (Female candidates only). The candidate should be skilled in client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue generation across construction, electronics, IT etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business growth strategies
• Identify and onboard new clients
• Meet sales operations and revenue targets
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities
• Handle procurement and purchasing activities
• Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
• Generate and convert high-quality leads
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize sales processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Must have experience in sales /purchase (Minimum 3-5 years)
• Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and must be coachable

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
