As an Interview CGE / BDA professional at our company, your role will involve engaging with prospective students and their parents to assess interest, clarify queries, and drive enrollment decisions. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting one-on-one interviews with students to understand their requirements and guide them towards enrollment. - Connecting effectively with students and parents in their native language. - Evaluating engagement from prior webinars or demos to provide accurate insights to the sales or admissions team. Your day-to-day tasks will involve: - Conducting interviews with students to assess their understanding of previous webinars. - Identifying interested and qualified leads for program enrollment. - Providing personalized guidance and career counseling to potential learners. - Maintaining professional, empathetic, and engaging interactions with each student. - Collaborating with internal teams for smooth student onboarding and follow-ups. - Keeping accurate records of student interactions and feedback. We are looking for candidates with: - 0-1 years of experience in EdTech(preferred) / B2C Inside Sales / Counselling-led sales (Freshers with strong communication & sales interest can apply). - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and interpersonal abilities. - Native fluency in Gujarati along with excellent English communication. - A structured approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and achieving targets. - Motivated individuals with a learner-first mindset who are empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping learners achieve their career goals.
