Business Development Associate (Edtech Sales)

Job description Key Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls. Learn and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our courses and services. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with potential customers. Provide detailed explanations of offerings in simple, non-technical terms. Conduct diligent follow-ups to nurture and convert leads into enrollments. Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and customer interactions using CRM tools (preferably LeadSquared). Actively contribute to achieving overall monthly and annual sales goals. Support and participate in sales campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/Diploma/Postgraduate in any discipline. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, pre-sales, or business development (ed-tech preferred). Familiarity with Spoken German courses or a basic understanding of the German language category is an added advantage. Strong communication skills fluency in Hindi is essential; good command of English is required. Experience using CRM tools such as LeadSquared is preferred. Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a customer-first attitude. Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday.
