Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive – Lead Generation to join our growing team at BrandRizeUp. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client acquisition, and digital marketing services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and helping expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate high-quality leads through online research, databases, and social platforms
• Reach out to potential clients via email, calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Maintain and update lead databases in CRM tools
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
• Understand client requirements and pitch BrandRizeUp’s services accordingly
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
• Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum conversion rate
• Prepare basic proposals and share required documents with clients
• Stay updated with digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or B2B sales
• Proven experience in lead generation or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good research and analytical skills
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms (added advantage)
• Must be comfortable working from the office in Greater Noida West

Salary:

From ₹ 20,000 depending on experience & performance)
