Employment Type: Full-time (9:30am to 6:30 PM)

* Generate leads through walk-ins, inquiries, and outbound calls.

* Counsel students on course offerings, career paths, and program benefits.

* Convert leads into admissions by presenting the right course solutions.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Maintain student admission records and update CRM/ERP systems.

* Collaborate with the branch team to organize seminars, job drives, and promotional activities.

### Requirements:

* B-Tech / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Prior experience in sales/counselling (education industry preferred).

* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

* Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
