JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Business Development Manager (Full-time) Reports to: Managing Partner Duties and Responsibilities: Handle field marketing activities as school or college visits in and around Madurai Working regularly in MS Office Suite to create various materials for daily operations & product promotions. Undertaking marketing calls (phone, zoom meetings) as scheduled by the respective Managing Partner Collaborate and work in brand activation projects such as conducting events, handling outdoor stalls etc Work closely with Manager in improving the digital presence of the product. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Full working proficiency in G-Suite & MS - Office English and Tamil fluency Salary – Rs. 10,000 (negotiable) Working Conditions: Hybrid – Monday to Friday: 1 Day Week off + 1 Day work from home + 3 Days Work from Office Saturday & Sunday – Work from office. Be the backbone of young learners' success, weekends are when we make the biggest impact. Should own a good functioning laptop & mobile phone with necessary software installed
