Job Description

Qualification:- MBA/PGDM - Marketing & Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Writing:

    Preparing & sending proposals to clients via email.
  • Lead Generation:

    Identifying and nurturing potential customers through various

methods such as cold calling, website forms, email campaigns, social media, search

engine optimization, and advertising.

  • Onboarding Process:

    Communicative to do the client coordination and have a good

hands-on end-to-end customer sales cycle, contract negotiations, and client

onboarding.

  • Email Marketing:

    Sending promotional messages or advertisements to a large list of

email addresses to build relationships with customers, promote brand awareness,

and drive sales. Candidates should have good knowledge of Campaign Management,

Data Analysis, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other tools.

  • Online Bidding:

    Good knowledge of online bidding platforms like Upwork,

Freelancer, etc.

  • Presentation Skills:

    PPT Preparation: Hands-on experience in Microsoft PowerPoint,

preparing Sales Pitch, Sales Deck, Company Profile, etc.

Technical & Soft Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office & G-Suite
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with a passion for Inside Sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Excellent with team collaboration

Pre-requisites:

  • Own a laptop and a proper Wi-Fi connection
  • Virtual Office (Zoom)
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
  • Flexible for night shift (up to 2 am)
  • Be comfortable with traveling for 3035 days a year.
