Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and acquire new clients in the permanent hiring domain
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Hiring Managers)
  
• Understand client needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
  
• Develop winning proposals and negotiate business terms
  
• Achieve revenue & profitability targets
  

Delivery & Operations

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned mandates
  
• Collaborate with internal talent acquisition team to ensure quality submissions
  
• Ensure timely closure of open positions with high client satisfaction
  
• Track delivery progress, pipeline and update clients regularly
  
• Maintain data accuracy in CRM and recruitment tools

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment/staffing (preferred permanent hiring)
