Business Developer Specialist

We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist (2–3 Yrs)

We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our client base and securing projects across various platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork and more. You’ll be instrumental in driving business growth, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project requirements are met.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on online platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn etc.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
• Attend client meetings, give presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with project management for seamless delivery and client satisfaction, including UAT.
• Negotiate costs, drive cross-sales and upsells to increase revenue.
• Set sales KPIs, plan yearly targets, and confidently achieve them.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development / Lead Generation.
• Experience using online platforms for project acquisition.
• Strong skills in strategy, account management, and communication.
• Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
• Tech industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & familiarity with CRM tools.
