We are currently hiring on behalf of our client in the B.Tech Cosmetics Industry for the position of Business Developer – Sales Process.

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth business interactions.

• Follow up on qualified leads to convert them into successful business opportunities.

• Handle client visits, deliver cosmetic samples, and collect structured feedback to support product development and sales strategy.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and client feedback for internal reporting.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing (preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG sector).

• A good understanding of cosmetic products and industry trends is essential.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead follow-ups and client coordination.

• Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
