Business design - Senior

As a Business Design Consultant at EY, you will be part of business transformation engagements focusing on sales, service, marketing, and pricing functions through the lens of Customer Experience. Your role will involve the following responsibilities, skills, and expertise: - Act as a trusted advisor by understanding and analyzing the client's business problems/vision, conducting current state assessment with business stakeholders, analyzing collected data points/artifacts, and providing insightful recommendations for future state design. - Preferably have a background in business consulting with a solid understanding of key enterprise business processes, customer touchpoint & journey design, design thinking, and stakeholder management. - Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development activities. - Domain/function expertise in either Sales (B2B/B2C sales strategy, sales planning, lead & funnel management, CRM digital channels, etc.) or Service (customer service strategy, channel strategy, customer experience management, etc.) is preferred. - Solid hands-on experience in Design Collaboration tools (Mural/Miro/PPT/Visio) for building and modifying CX Journey flows, Personas, Service Design Flows, Process Flows, etc. - Good to have vertical & Industry Experience in CPG & Retail, Telecom & Media (TMT), Advanced manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, or CX Consulting services.
