Description
As a Business Design Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to be part of business transformation engagements across various functions such as sales, service, marketing, and pricing, all while focusing on enhancing Customer Experience. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor by understanding and analyzing the client's business challenges and vision. You will conduct assessments of the current state by engaging with business stakeholders through workshops, questionnaires, and interviews. By analyzing the collected data and artifacts, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations for designing the future state. To excel in this role, you should ideally come from a business consulting background with a strong understanding of key enterprise business processes, customer touchpoints, journey design, design thinking principles, and stakeholder management. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to practice development, demonstrate thought leadership, and engage in business development activities. In terms of domain expertise, preference will be given to candidates with experience in either sales or service functions. For sales, this includes expertise in B2B/B2C sales strategy, sales planning, lead and funnel management, CRM digital channels, and more. On the other hand, service expertise involves areas such as customer service strategy, channel strategy, customer experience management, and analysis of customer feedback. Proficiency in using Design Collaboration tools like Mural, Miro, PPT, and Visio to create and modify CX Journey flows, Personas, Service Design Flows, and Process Flows is essential for this role. It would also be beneficial to have experience in verticals such as CPG & Retail, Telecom & Media, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, BFSI, or CX Consulting services.
