Business Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding business problem statements, mapping them to available data, and deriving insights through thorough data analysis using SQL and Python. The role involves handling large datasets, writing complex database queries, and leveraging automation to streamline processes. Experience in Python and automation is a plus. Perform advanced business analysis to identify trends and insights in large healthcare datasets using SQL and Python Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, join, and analyse data from various systems Collaborate with business users to understand needs and translate them into actionable data models Interpret operational data to support process optimization and revenue improvement Required Skills and Knowledge We are looking for someone who brings deep analytical skills with SQL, a strategic mind-set, and an understanding of the RCM domain. Strong expertise with SQL and writing complex queries Proven ability to perform comprehensive data analysis for business understanding Ability to tune queries to optimize performance Experience in the healthcare or RCM domain is a big plus Strong ability to present data analysis with data reporting/visualization tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau ).
