Business Data Analyst - Finance or Banking

As a Techno-functional professional with over 5 years of experience in Data warehousing and BI, you have a strong grasp of Data warehousing and BI concepts. Your expertise lies in designing BI solutions from scratch and implementing Agile Scrum practices such as story slicing, grooming, daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test-driven, and model storming. Additionally, you have hands-on experience in Data Governance and Management and have successfully pitched and implemented BI proposals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Elicit business needs and requirements by understanding user expectations, developing functional requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to raise clarifications. - Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to assess system changes required for new projects and enhancements in existing applications. - Provide Functional Analysis, Specification documentation, and validate business requirements. - Design and develop business intelligence and data warehousing solutions. - Create Data Transformations and reports/visualizations to meet business needs. - Propose solutions and enhancements to improve the quality of solutions and delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Functional expertise in Finance/Banking, particularly in Asset finance, Equipment finance, or Leasing. - Strong technical skills in SQL for forming and querying data and in Postgres DB.
