About the Role:
We are a reputed manufacturing company based in Kolkata, seeking a Computer Typist & Correspondence Executive to handle daily typing, email communication, and government/private tender documentation. The candidate should be fluent in written English, organised, and comfortable with routine computer-based office work.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and type official letters, quotations, and tender documents in Word and Excel.
Handle all email correspondence with clients, vendors, and government departments.
Download, prepare, and submit e-tenders and online forms as per instructions.
Maintain digital filing of all outgoing letters and submissions.
Coordinate with management for follow-ups and responses.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders and quotations.

Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 1–3 years in office typing, correspondence, or tender documentation.
Excellent English typing skills and email writing ability.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online portals.
Should be punctual, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential documents.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
(Based on experience and skill level)
